BIPS-368 3D Paving Control System
System Overview
The system first uses a total station to obtain the high-precision three-dimensional coordinates of the paver,
and feeds back the data to the 3D intelligent integrated controller.
The screed is automatically adjusted by comparing the difference between
the design surface and the actual position.At the same time, the system integrates
GNSS positioning and IMU attitude data to simplify the station movement process of the total station.
On this basis, another total station is used for synchronous real-time quality monitoring
to realize dynamic quality management of the paving process,
so as to control the overall construction accuracy at the millimeter level.
